First project at NCW

My wife and I bought a 1935 craftsman house in Wenatchee. To say it was a fixer upper would be selling ourselves short. The house is affectionately known as the sunflower house by almost anyone who passes it. Amongst the many things that she has wanted has been a porch swing. So as my first project I decided to build one for us. The frame is some oak I had sitting around and the slats are apple crate wood.
