Bat Box Building Workshop (In partnership with Waste Loop)

  • NCW Woodshop 101 Railroad Avenue Suite 101A Cashmere, WA, 98815 United States (map)

Dracula was a heck of a good vampire story, but when Bram Stoker wrote bats into his tale, he did a real disservice to our fuzzy flying friends. Far from evil, bats are gentle, sociable mammals (nope, not rodents) that play an essential role in controlling pests, pollinating plants, and dispersing seeds—in other words, just the type of critters you want in your backyard!

This class will show you the how, with an expert-guided workshop to help you assemble your own backyard bat house.  We will have a biting good time!!

For this event we are partnering with Waste Loop.
