Few things say relax quite like an Adirondack chair—and in this class, you’ll build one of your very own. Over just a few sessions, you’ll create a beautiful, comfortable chair that’s perfect for patios, porches, and backyard lounging.

Built from premium cedar, these chairs are designed to look great and stand up to the elements for years to come. This class is 100% beginner-friendly with no prior woodworking experience required. Our instructors will guide you step by step as you learn to safely and confidently use shop equipment such as miter saws, band saws, and spindle sanders.

By the end of the class, you’ll head home with a finished Adirondack chair—and the skills to build more.

Come make sawdust, learn new skills, and build something you’ll enjoy for years.

What You'll Learn:

Proper use of cutting tools (band saw, scroll saw, jig saw)

Sanding and finishing techniques

Day: Thursdays in April 5:00PM- 9:00PM

Skill Level: No prior woodworking experience is necessary!

Minimum class size of 3 students is required to host class.

Skill Level: Perfect for ambitious beginners or intermediate woodworkers; no prior experience is required for most sessions.

Outcome: Walk away with a completed (or ready-to-finish) chair and the confidence to replicate the build at home.

Dimensions: Most builds result in a chair approximately 30–34” wide and 38” tall.
