Description:

Ever wondered what’s really behind your walls? In this hands-on drywall class, we start from the studs and work all the way to a finished wall.

Step 1: You’ll frame an 8' x 4' wall, learning basic layout, spacing, and fastening techniques.
Step 2: Hang drywall and practice real-world skills like butt joints, inside corners, and outside corners.
Step 3: Once your wall is complete, you’ll do what every homeowner eventually has to—put a hole in it! Then we’ll show you exactly how to repair it properly.
Step 4: Finish things off by hanging a shelf, learning how to find studs and choose the right anchors for the job.

Along the way, your instructor—an experienced professional—will share the tips, tricks, and shortcuts you only learn on the job. We’ll walk you through installing, taping, mudding, and texturing drywall, so you leave confident tackling projects at home. You’ll also get a practical checklist of tools and materials, so you know exactly what you need before starting your next drywall project.

If you want real skills, real experience, and real confidence—this class is for you.
